SAP

Satisfactory academic progress

Operated by Moodle™
grades pulled from the official LMS

Checkpoint evaluations computed from Atticus attendance and Moodle grades, locked with advisor sign-off.

SAP cycle agent✦ AIcheckpoints run themselves at 25 / 50 / 75% of each cohort — letters, sign-offs, and appeal windows tracked automatically

Two evaluation modes: cohorts linked to Moodle are scored on attendance (Atticus) + grades (Moodle); cohorts without a Moodle course are scored on attendance alone — the primary SAP measure for clock-hour programs. Either way, the advisor signs, and the evaluation locks in the file.

SAP is the reflection of Moodle. Grades come from the LMS where instructors grade; attendance comes from the Atticus record of proof. The evaluation and the advisor’s signature are locked together in the file. Thresholds: 80% attendance · 70% grade.
Attendance-only mode — this cohort has no Moodle course, so evaluations use the Atticus attendance record alone. That's a supported mode: attendance is the primary SAP measure for clock-hour programs. To add grades, link a Moodle course on the Attendance page.
